between Aperture Asia and other party, it is strictly prohibited to use them.
Images are licensed to one party, either
for an individual or a company business usage,
for the said price agreed by both parties. Purchase of images does not constitute
exchange of copyright, but buys the right to use the specific image for one
specific usage. To let your friend or related company use the image one more
time is stealing and a violation of the copyright law and international regulation.
Our images are presented on the Internet
for viewing purposes only, for the benefit
of commercial users of photography and illustration. Our images may not be
reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of Aperture
Asia and subject to the payment of the agreed licensing fees.
Upon full payment
of file or image, Aperture Asia grants you
at the same time a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to copy the
images purchased and to use them on one computer with one user at a time.
Images can be copied, modified and incorporated in materials for business
or personal usage, including comps and browsing, provided they are not used
in FTP file form or any downloadable or sharing form over a network or the
World Wide Web. The Images cannot be sold or sublicensed alone or, except
as provided above, as part of any product.
Copyright and Licensee agreements are essential
for the survival of independent photographers.Aperture Asia hopes that you can fully
respect this agreement and therefore respect photographer's work who put tremendous
work for creativity and quality, in order to offer you a wide choice of images
